When Thomas was 5 and Isla 3 they started a small Zwartbles flock when “Black Beauty” arrived on Christmas Day 2014.
Thomas and Isla have both had lots of fun and success showing their sheep both in breed classes and in Young Handlers competitions.
Their favourite ewe, “Cheeky Girl” was the Reserve Female Champion at the Highland Show and Zwartbles National show in June 2017.
The flock is MV accredited free. The flocks first sale was at the Carlisle Premier sale in August 2016 when their stock ram, Lochwood Cammy, was the top price selling for 1600 gns.
